We are currently dispatching all other orders "Next Day" on all in-stock items.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days maximum, subject
to stock availability. The customer will be notified ASAP by e.mail of any delays.
All dispatches from Engraversworld are by:
1 - by Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class Delivery
2 - by Royal Mail Special Delivery service (guaranteed next day by 1pm)
3 - by our Carrier Service ( by 5:30pm except Xmas by 8pm )
* ALL of which will require a signature on receipt.
* We cannot be liable if the Royal Mail or Carrier Services have delivery problems or fail to deliver on time for any reason.
If you are not in when the parcel arrives there should be a notice left informing you to call or collect from your local sorting office.
If not collected in time, your item will be returned to us. We will then contact you for further delivery infomation and redelivery costs.
