I had been looking everywhere for a crystal whisky glass to be engraved as a Christmas present and failed until I typed "glass to be engraved" into Google and found Engraversworld. I rang and spoke to a very helpful and friendly man who said yes they could do just what I wanted and be delivered for Christmas, that was last Tuesday.
